1.5 Hour Private Parties:

• $350 to rent 2 courts for 90 minutes

• $450 to rent 3 courts for 90 minutes

• $550 to rent entire facility (4 courts) for 180 minutes

3 Hour Private Parties:

• $550 to rent 2 courts for 180 minutes

• $750 to rent 3 courts for 180 minutes

• $900 to rent entire facility (4 courts) for 180 minutes

Instructor Lesson Add On:

• $150 for 1 hour group lesson and individualized instruction from a Pickleball Pro during event

• You can book as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 11:30PM, any day of the week

• Typically a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice required to book, with some exceptions available.

Yes, we have paddles and balls for your entire party to use included at no cost during your event

Yes! Private events at BPC are a lot of fun and allow you to bring in outside food and beverages. A popular option is catering pizzas, salads, and yummy wings from Mountains Walking right across the street or sandwiches, pastries, and coffees from James Beard award winning bakery Wild Crumb 2 doors down. We will set up tables and extra chairs for you to spread out on!

When you book your event, everyone in your group will receive a unique access code to access the club! Your code is valid starting 15 minutes before your reservation. For private events we are happy to accommodate early access to setup the party, bring in food and supplies, etc.

All private events are no refund. At the discretion of Bozeman Classic Pickleball Club and where schedules allow for it with at least 14 days advance notice, our team may be able to help you reschedule your event to another date if something comes up!

Yes, we offer Private Instructor Led Private Small Group Lessons during events which is a really fun way to kick off your party! Our 1 hour instructor Add-On occurs during your scheduled event and includes a private 30 minute instructor led group clinic at the beginning (or at the time you prefer during your event) and then the instructor walks around and provides pointers and individualized instruction during the next 30 minutes to help everyone maximize the fun!

We recommend no more than 22 players and no more than 28 total people attend your event to give everyone a chance to play as much as they would like and top provide adequate socializing space for the folks who aren’t playing!

Yes! We can help you organize a tournament bracket for your party if you are interested!
